Wonderful place, nice to visit, but when we were there in October, the water were cold. The beach is pebbled, you need sandal! It is in walking distance from Taormina. Good to see from the staircases connecting Mazzaro-Taormina

Nice small island with a small pebble beach. Defintly a must see when you are around Taormina. You can park your car at the side of the road for free (very busy) or park your car at the car park for the cable up to Taormina

It is lovely. Yes I did like, nothing not to like, just go and enjoy everything this beautiful place has to offer.
We had a very relaxed day at Isola Bella!! The massage people can be a bit annoying and I eventually succumbed - great massage though and pretty cheap (20 euros for 30 mins). We walked down to the beach from the town and alongto this island. It's a nature reserve and worht a look around. Great views.
You have to experience this labor of love rock structure. Walk to the very top and you will have outstanding views of the sea and lower Taormina. There are many little nooks to explore in this unique complex. The cost was only 4 euros each.
simply breathtaking. the turquoise sea is gorgeous. Amazing landscape to appreciate, to take a fresh air, to enjoy the landscape,to take some pictures, or just to relax.
This is a really odd place, it's like Dali designed the rather odd walkways. The section we got to visit is quite small, enjoyable for it's oddness. Bring a towel in case you time it when the tide laps over the causeway, a great side effect is all the rough skin on your feet will be gone! With mixed reviews...

Beatyful and pittoresque little bay. Lovely! The water is cristalclear. Unfortunately there is not much space to lay down and the beach is full of little stones.
