It is a nice and active pedestrian street with a lot of street actors. A lot of big shops. Nice to walk around in the frenzy.
Corso Vittorio Emanuele is located between Duomo and San babila metro stations. Collection of shops with affordable clothing (two H&Ms, Bershka, Zara, SIsley, Banana Republic, Diesel among others), gelaterias and ristorantes around, make it an enjoyable, time-efficient Milanese shopping (and not window shopping!) experience after visiting Duomo.
Everything was walking distance from our Hotel Spadari including the Corso Vittorio Emanuelle. This is a very popular shopping street leading to the Duomo. On both sides are located high street shops selling popular brands and more stylish ones. There are also many bars and eateries. The whole street is closed to traffic, so walking around is a pleasant experience
All the famous fashion firms, originally rich and aristocratic people walking around in their expensive clothes, hundreds of tourists, tasting all this for a while...
