This museum holds many different collections from art work to armor. I was taken by the collection of time pieces and navigational pieces that were made out of ivory/bone. The small chapel with painted ceiling and stained glass is beautiful. There is something for everyone here and worth the time to visit. More

Museo Poldi Pezzoli is a wonderful private museum in a large mansion. There is a nice collection of medieval armor and a small collection of excellent Italian paintings. If you are in Milan on Monday, you can buy a bargain ticket to visit this museum and the nearby La Scala museum. More

The Poldi Pezzoli is a small collection inside what used to be an estate owned by the family. The collection has enough variety to even keep older kids interested for the 1-2 hours it takes to explore. More

The Fondazione Artistica Poldi-Pezzoli runs this beautiful, well conserved palace. The art is fabulous, but I also truly enjoyed the amazing collection of sundials and ceramics. Don't miss this attraction when you are in Milan. It was not terribly busy for a Sunday afternoon, We paid 6 Euro admission. More
