I am not a bike "enthusiast" but my husband is. This was a great break for my husband who is not an art or church "enthusiast" as I am. We both very much enjoyed this experience. The information provided was wonderful, and the museum was beautifully displayed. Some tips: keep it simple and take a cab, its only about 20... More

I have passion for motorcycles so just stepping inside the Ducati factory was a real treat. My wife joined me on the tour and she is not as enthused for motorcycles as myself. The museum for me was very interesting from the beginning of times of Ducati to present MotoGP machines. However the real interesting part of the tour was... More

A previous reviewer referred to this as a "cottage industry" compared to the Japanese producers but I think he is missing the point. The whole point of this production facility is that they aim for quality rather than quantity, manufacturing a specialised product for a niche market. The production concept is not that of a mass production assembly line turning... More

This was a great place to visit! Lots and lots to see in the museum. Drove from lake Garda about 1 and half hour journey. I had also prebooked a tour of the factory production line. This tour was very good although it doesnt include access to the racing section. But you MUST NOT look sideways at any of the... More

Well worth a visit, tours go at 11am and 4pm daily and are FREE! just go to security and wait in the cafe. Tours done in most languages and really interesting to actually go into the factory and see the production line - still a cottage industry compared to the japanese manufacturers. More

Well this was the whole point of our trip to bologna! There is Ducati and the rest is history! Lovely place to see and an excellent guide. Easy to book via website. Unfortunately we could not see the factory as 9th Dec was following a public holiday. Interesting to see what a long way the place has come through and... More

We made a special stop in Bologna to tour the Ducati museum and assembly plant. Be sure to make reservations in advance by visiting their website. We got lucky and reserved the night before. If you bought a ducati in the past, bring your membership card for a discount of the tour. They have every type of ducati here...from old... More

The Museo Ducati is in strong competition with Lamborghini only 20 kms away and Ferrari only 40 kms away. We have visited all three and unless you're indifferent to motorcycles, Museo Ducati actually offers the most complete package at the lowest cost. For only 10 Euro, or less if you're a Ducati owner, you get a guided tour of the... More
