The tile work on the upper floor was beautiful, the mosaics were amazing, looked new yet were very old. The tour of the lower levels were well worth the fee and were very informative

It is outstanding to see the centuries alive in this Church. As you go below the ground level you live history. Besides the outstanding floor and mosaics in the basilica, there are two other levels to discover. Tourists flock to the nearby Colosseum without being aware of this gem!
