“Ancient Rome at its best!”

My wife and I took the Colosseum and Ancient Rome tour and it was awesome. Our guide Vanessa was an archeologist and her knowledge on ancient Rome was amazing!!! Our tour included the Colosseum and by booking with Rome Urban Adventures you get to skip the line which was huge!!! One tip here...wear comfortable walking shoes as the walk through... More

“Unsuccessful Tour”

We had booked and paid £130 for a tour at colosseum yesterday for 22nd of March. We had followed all the instructions on the voucher but could not find no one from urban adventures. Contacted them at the number provided on the voucher but there was no responds. At the end we had to pay £50 to join another tour... More

Seems a lot of money, but what cost can you put on being made aware of what other people miss, avoiding aimless wandering, getting the low-down from an informed local, seeing things through the eyes of an expert? Well worth it. Will do it again. More

The walking tour was fabulous! Our guide was so friendly and knowledgable about Rome and it's vast history. Culture, art, politics and history of the city....she knew it all!! My traveling companion had hurt his knee the day before and she went out of her way to make sure the pace of the tour was not too fast for him.... More
