Bought a 48 hour pass and thought that would be a very favourable way of getting round the city quickly. Activated the pass at 6pm near the Colleseum and enjoyed the evening ride back to Termini station.( had to change seats because audio system not working where we first sat ) Next morning we went to get on at Termini... We took the Green Line Tour of the Colosseum and Roman Forum in Rome last week. Once everyone was picked up, we sat on the bus 45 minutes waiting for our tour guide. Then we arrived at the Colosseum, she went inside to get the tickets and we waited another 45 minutes. When we finally got inside, she told us... More

Last week we were in Rome and elected to take a tour of Pompeii. We did not book directly with Green Line, but were referred through another agency. In fact we did not know the name of the company until we showed up at the meeting point at 7:30 that morning. We boarded a nice bus with others bound for... More

Picked us up from the Hotel, but only to the central office where we waited. Almost an hour later to get on a large bus for a trip to Vatican. Too many people on the tour, he even lost 4 people. Told we would be dropped off near the hotel after, but that was a total lie as it took... More

we took the Vatican tour (Vatican galleries/sistine chapel/st pauls) as the hotel said they worked with this company. i had been nervous about this as i had read tripadvisor first. however was pleasantly surprised. most probably because the guide (massimo) was excellent. we did avoid the queues (only queue was while getting the audio sets handed out) and then of... The first tour we felt like we were to young, we had a 90 old woman On our Tour. She did pretty good. we feLt that we did not have enough free time In either City. Second tour... More

Very disappointed with this company, selling far too many tickets for the number of services available, far better to pay 6euro for a day ticket on the metro and public buses than to waste18 euro for this medioca service!

They run few and far between we had to wait 2 buses at the one stop as they were full. We then walked to thr next stop to get on.Frustrating as you see other red Line and open 110 and open buses pass by. Not recommended.go with the red ones instead.there seems to be more of them.

I am an avid trip advisor reader and reviewer so there is no excuse for me to have tried this open hop on and off bus. However we had hiked all over for two days ans thought perhaps just sitting and listening might be restful. So we decided we take the entire tour on the bus, and then go back... More

Wait far too between buses and then often can't get on because it's full. Stop locations on map very inaccurate - this is a problem because you will often choose to walk between stops rather than waiting in the hot sun.
