I traveled to Spain last week and had heard they had really good mountain biking. I ended up doing some research online and chose to go with BikeBreaks and boy did I make the right decision. Dave, the owner at BikeBreaks, made the day as enjoyable as it could be. First off when we arrived, dave already had set aside... More

I can't say enough good things about Girona Cycle Centre. I organised a long weekend's cycling trip for myself and two pals in April and found GCC absolutely superb. Massively helpful giving advice months in advance of the break. Saskia and Dave (married couple that own it) were super throughout. Also brilliant carbon hire bikes that are good enough for... More

We came to cycle the Olot to St Feliu train route but had not appreciated the depth of expertise on hand. Dave despite his involvement with professional and keen road cyclists was happy to spend time with those of us with limited ambition and ensure we had everything we needed. This is a professional outfit with friendly faces.

Used Girona Cycle centre for hiring bikes for a 4 day break. Efficient, friendly and good quality bikes at a reasonable price. Only problem we had was finding the shop and parking near. Highly recommended.

This was my husband's 4th biking trip to Girona and my 1st. Having ridden with Bike Breaks last year, he set me up with 4 days of riding with down-hill marathoner, David Welch, while he took advantage of a 5-hour ride guided by former pro/Olympian, Neil Martin. Our individual experiences were amazing! The staff of Bike Breaks, in particular owners... More

This was our second 3 day trip to Girona and 3 day rental with Bike Breaks. It was even better than the first. Dave is a fantastic guide who got us up Rocacorba again...somehow. The other two days we enjoyed the awesome surroundings of Girona on our own - did two great 100km rides, ate, drank and were merry. The... More

The owner of this trippy shop sells cycling clothing that is on consignment from world-class cyclists who have an abundance of new and used cycling wear to "recycle" (pardon the pun) My husband and I scored jerseys from cycling world renown teams and cyclists.

My girlfriend arranged the "Mountains & Castles" half day mountain bike ride during a late October vacation in Spain. It turned out to be the best day of our vacation! It was just the two of us and our guide, Dave Welsh, who went out of his way to tailor the trip to suit the weather as well as our... More

As a road rider, traveling with my husband who prefers MTB (but hey, in MN. USA there are no real mountains) We were eager and up for the challenge of a first time real MTB experience. We chose the Mountains and Castles MTB tour. Dave a MTB Racing Pro, and world class athlete has an intuitive grasp as a coach/trainer... More
