Wow. Is this impressive – huge expanse with large towers at the ends, colonnades, a grand staircase, wonderful tiled scenes of each of Spain's provinces ( and there are a lot of provinces – I tried taking pictures of all of them and unfortunately ran out of time ), a great fountain, nifty tiled benches around the perimeter set in... Although only built in 1929, this has a real sense of history, and is very much a thing of beauty. Looking like something that you would expect to find in Las Vegas, the detail and design of the tiles are exquisite and a tribute to the artisans who produced them. There are excellent photo opportunities at every turn, in a... More

This is a unique place, with mosaics representing all the provinces in Spain. It is on a huge scale with a little river where you can hire small boats. Entry is free. More

You can relax in the shadows on the ceramic benches, and buy a couple of drinks from one of the little shops. If u are able to walk in the heat for a little longer: near the (free for EU residents) museum at the end of the park, the stands sell more cheap drinks, compared to the ones in the... More

We didn't spend enough time for it. It was a place to come with family to relax in the afternoon, evening or on weekends. It was safe and large and one of the most beautiful plaza (we had been to Italy last year). More

So worth a walk into the park? The views of the area is just amazing, the boats rides look great but with the kids we didn't have a go. The detail is amazing and the views and the walk around the park is breathtaking! Go and soak up the atmosphere! More
