Each year coming to Köln I am planning to go to the Zoo and give it a visit. Finally I managed last summer to go there and it was a fantastic time. It was very interesting, especially was there at the time of the flight show of the birds. That was very impressive, especially if a huge bird (Greifvogel mit... More

Nice zoo and good place to spend time with your family. But zoo is not so large, as i have expected. Monkeys are there really cute and funny, There are also very comfortable to sit on a bench and watch them closely.

If you like zoos, this is an absolute must. Don't think you will be done in less than 5 hours. So much to see. The animals seems really happy, as far as they can be happy in zoos...

Upon walking up the zoo, I was a little skeptical because of the location (being right in city with appartments and highway right there) however, this is one of my fave zoos!! I very much enjoyed my day here. I loved the grounds, very pretty with all sorts of birds and ducks (not only in cages but flying around) The... More

A lot of different animals. Had a series of great pictures in there.Haven't have time to see all the animals unfortunately, because it is pretty big, so I'd suggest to spend there 2-3 hours minimum.

This is a very well kept and very organised which housed a vast array of animals and unique birds. Going in winter, we didn't expect to see a lot of the animals outside but they were, and evidently being kept nice and warm by hidden heaters. We ended up running out of time and didn't get to see all of... More

We went to the zoo, family of 4. Unfortunately there's not a discount price for family. 52 € for us. As we visited, it revealed worthy. A lot of animals. The hippos, lions, bears, crocos etc.. Some of them you can get very close. Very nice children playgrounds inside the zoo. You can spend the whole day there with your... More
