A busy transport hub for the old Eastern City - trams and trains. Lovely big Christmas market here, fun-fair over the road, television tower open until midnight. Big shops (Galleria, C&A). More

This is a fun hangout. It is a large4 open plaza, rimmed by shops with a transportation hub running through it. I visited during a weekend day, a German Holiday, and a Tuesday. On our list of must dos, however when we arrived just after 9am we were met by homeless sleeping round the central fountain, graffitti and a feeling of uneasiness.
