We walked along the walls from the castle gardens, views are amazing from most points, great places to sit down and just take in the view.

Walking the wall was the perfect way to start the day. Took about 1 hour to get around town and the views from the wall are stunning. Great history and really relaxing and enjoyable. Free and fascinating. GO!
