Parking in the height of the summer is a nighmare, travel by ferry if possible. Gets extremely busy and very hot but it all adds to the experience and you can bag some really good bargains providing you are happy to mooch around the stalls.

this market is a must, but get there as early as you can in order to secure a parking space in the Parking Du Port, and also to try and avoid the crowds......well worth a visit, despite all my derogatory comments.

The Côte d'Azur is not known for low prices at all and in St. Tropez is everything is even more expensive. Nice market with a good range of food, clothes and garbage, but always a great atmosphere. Be warned though, this is Saint Tropez so if you want a break be ready to pay 6€ for a cappucino!

I love the Place des Lices Market. You have a mix of fresh produce, cheese, olives and charcuterie. We picked up some fresh croissant and enjoyed stolling around the market. If you forgot anything this is the place to go! I bought a beach bag and hat from one of the vendors and I love them!

In the center of St. Tropez, amongst 100 years old Plane trees, is the lovely little square known as the Place des Lices.
