Spent a day with Jean Pascal at two vineyards in Bellet, a tiny wine region in the hills above Nice. Jean Pascal was punctual, professional, fun, and introduced me to a wonderful area that I simply would not have been able to find on my own. By the way, the Bellet wines we tasted were outstanding.
