The Villa Kerylos and the Villa Ephrussi nearby can be visited using a single, fairly pricey ticket. Both sites provide visitors with excellent audioguides, which allow you to find out about the rooms and contents, but also to branch out if you like and discover more. The Rothschild villa is the more splendid - especially the gardens - but since...

Audioguide is free, however the ticket is rather expensvie. You can get the combined ticket with Villa Eprusi (where you can walk, its about 20-30 mins walk...

I'd like to highly recommend a visit to Villa Kerylos. Easily missed from the road, the villa provides an intriguing insight into a traditional Greek home. The condition of the interior is extremely good and includes an impressive selection of artefacts. The views from gardens are superb.

We went here after traveling to Eze Village. It was fun and worth it and you don't need a whole day to see it.

A well preserved villa and it's interior dating from the very beginning of the 20 th century. The former owner saw the piece of land, it reminded him of Greece and he bought it to build a very beautiful villa with a unique interior. Furniture, materials and finishing ...........done with extreme care AND good taste." Ca vaut le détour "...

I have visited the Villa Kerylos several times and I love everything about it. Beautiful gardens, marvellous architecture, stunning murals, lovely period furnishings and the most extraordinary private rooms, especially the marble bathrooms. The museum in the basement right at sea level is also a marvel, and the location is perfect.
It's easy to get to by bus or train...
