We loved our Evening Market session with Patrick. All of the reviews are entirely accurate; great time. Keep in mind, it's not a cooking "school", it's a social experience; you will function more as sous chefs prepping components and helping to pull everything together while learning techniques along the way with a glass of wine in one hand. Market exposure... More

Had a wonderful experience today. Walked through the cheese, meat, fish and vegetable markets where Alex gave us a great tour. Then to the kitchen where we cooked monkfish, duck, veal, a cheese course and lemon curd to wrap it up. That along with the wine made for an educational and fun day. More

Pino and Briony were excellent teachers. We learned many techniques that I cannot wait to use at home. Looking forward to producing many great treats. Clean, neat facility and was fairly easy to find. I will definitely book another class the next time I am in Paris. More

This week I did my second class with Cook'n with Class; it was the bread baking one. It was lots of fun and I learnt a bunch of new things. I am looking forward to trying out everything at home. Thank goodness for the detailed instructions that were emailed to me after the class. It meant that I could just... More

This a definite "must do" for any traveler! Much mahalo to our chef & educator, Alex! He developed a menu which we all loved & took us through markets that provided us the selection of the freshest proteins, veggies, fruits and cheeses! We were all involved in the prepping, serving of the dishes AND of course, devouring this meal was... More

My sister and I took this class on our first trip to Paris, the pastry chef was so nice, knowledgeable, and welcoming. The class was small which made for great interaction and chances to discuss methods etc. The venue was easy to find, immaculate, and lovely on the inside.Would highly recommend to any tourist!!! More

My friend and I wanted something a bit different to do while in Paris, and this idea was a winner! We took the desserts class on a Saturday afternoon, learned how to cook several Parisian desserts with a personable, professional chef who easily imparted his love of teaching others how to create artfully scrumptious edibles! It is a great way... More

My friend and I had scheduled a morning class on Wednesday May 3. One the Monday before I lost my passport and Tuesday was a holiday. We tried to reschedule so I could get my passport reissued as they only do it in the morning. Only had room for one person on Friday. No refunds. I can understand but under... More

A friend and I recently traveled to Paris for a weekend and participated in the French Desserts class headed by Chef Pino. The class was more than reasonably priced, was taught in English, and located in an easy to find spot. Prior to attending the class, I considered myself to be something of an accomplished baker albeit a home one.... More

My Wife and I had the pleasure of taking the evening market class on April 18, 2012. Our chef, Patrick, met us at the Metro station where we met the three other people who would be cooking with us. After introductions, we began our stroll to the open air markets where we went to a cheese shop, vegetable market, fish... More
