We had the best experience with this company , we booked private children tours and also a museum tour, the guide was excellent and the company also helps us many times for other reservations we needed without charging anything , they were the most helpful , the guide was polite, on time, and very knowledgeable. Very unprofessional agency - first promising something, than never picking up the phone, at the end disappearing. We were lucky not to pay 1000 eur in advance like they wanted!
