Fantastic exhibition - impressive collection of antique Vuitton luggage as well as current collections. Really enjoyed "Marc's World" which was full of images and movie clips of things Marc Jacobs likes.

Next to the Louvre, but without the queues. The exhibition on Le trompe d'oeille, was rather dispaointing, but the galleries in art Neuveau and Art Deco were excellent

This museum proves that objects can be useful and beautiful at the same time. When we were there, there was a wonderful exhibit of Babar the elephant, which I had loved as a child. The museum is filled with objects that illustrate French taste. It would not be at the top of your museum list, but not too far down.

We went here on a whim and really enjoyed it. There are lots of exhibits of pottery, china, glassware, furniture etc with mock ups of rooms as they were designed with Art Nouveau and Art Deco furniture and paneling.

My husband and I were hoping for a bit more variety in the type of work displayed and the time-span of the collection. We were under the impression before going that the advertisement posters would cover more decades and topics. The collection was very...

Thought this was a museum of costume, interior decoration, etc. It kind of is, but when you dig deep into the website, it says the costumes are too fragile to have on permanent display so there are revolving exhibitions. When I was there, the exhibition was a few dresses from the 60s and some bathing costumes from the 20s.

Less crowds than the big museums, great new outdoor restaurant /cafe looking out onto the Tuillerie gardens, Sunday brunch/buffet for 35 Euros. Tons of other places to eat near by also. Beautiful historic building and the best arty bookstore in town. Gift shop with...
