We took the river cruise located closest to the Eiffel Tower out of convenience. It can't comment on the price per ticket since we went with a tour guide, but I would say that for what was experienced I would hope that it wouldn't cost more than 15 euros. It can be a little irritating because if you arrive late,... More

We strolled along the Seine from Notre Dame to Orsay and found it peaceful... a nice break from the crowds. After our walk, we decided we really didn't need to do the boat trip... we had seen from shore what we would see from the boat, and the exercise did us good!

Placid and serpentine, River Seine adds to the magic of Paris that it is. The bricking along the coast of it provides an apt setting to people watch and simultaneously enjoy the serenity amongst the cacophony of tourists all around in Paris. Touring Seine during the evening hours is strongly recommended since you might discover an altogether different Paris.

Skip the expensive dinner cruise and viewing the city from under glass. Take a one-hour open-air cruise instead.

Did a Tour of the Eiffel Tower dinner and Seine River cruse, it was great, dinner was a different as it was a 3 course dinner and with small portions, the river night cruse was great.

It takes for ever to board the boat. The lines never seem to end. One hour cruise of seine river not bad. All the monuments and buildings can be seen by walking.

If you have time, this is a fun thing to do. Sightseeing Cruise lasts about an hour or you can do dinner cruise. Boat goes as far as Eiffel tower and then turns around and goes past Notre Dame, giving commentary on the sights and bridges of Paris.

Go in the evening hours to see the city before and after sunset. As a bonus, on the return trip, you can see the Eiffel tower lighting up.

It was fun to see what attracted the Parisi tribe to the area so long ago. The book sellers along the bank we also the best place to buy souvenirs and artwork.
