It was worth the visit to say that I had been... but it is nowhere near as big as places like Harods in London. Very pretty building and easy to reach on the Metro (I believe its Hauvre-Caumartin). Check the opeing times carefully because if I remember correctly, there is a day midweek when it is closed. More

Paris is notorious for stocking only small and medium sizes in clothes and especially shoes. For those outside those parameters shopping in Paris can be frustrating. This is a very good department store in the centre of Paris. What isnt to be missed is the view from the top floor. There is a cafe on the top floor with indoor and outdoor seating. From up here you can enjoy a panoramic view of Paris. More

My wife and I enjoyed seeing the crystal department in this store. The most famous crystal manufacturers were represented here and one could see some of the most beautiful crystal pieces. The sales people here are very elegant and very knowledgeable about the products displayed. We were treated very courteously and they were all friendly. More
