Sunday morning the sun was shining( for a change), a pleasant stroll from the Metro to arrive just in time for opening. So much to take in,we would have liked more time, but what we did manage to see was well worth the effort. More

If you enjoy military uniforms and history of Napoleon this is the place, excellent and maybe the premier collection of Napoleonic militaria.. A must see for militaria and Napoleonic enthusiasts. More

Beautiful building with golden dome and the exhibition inside is very informative. Can spend you an afternoon. It is an attraction travellers may miss when they plan their visit in Paris. But in fact it is a MUST SEE! More

This is a must see for military history buffs. Napolean's tomb alone is a sight to behold. The army museum was very interesting. I mostly enjoyed seeing the armor worn in days of old and World War 1 and 2 exhibits. They say the French never started a war they couldn' t lose but this was a winner. More

This is an impressive building from the outside but the contents are a bit boring. The best part was the dome where Napolean is buried. Cost 9 Euros in April 2012. More

I'm not so fussed about Napoleon history but my other half is is a Napoleon buff so this was a must do on our list. The outside is impressive, as is the chapel and the area surrounding the tomb itself. The tomb itself was grande and fitted his ego well, as you will notice from other places in Paris. Another... The dome that houses Napoleon's tomb is a grand sight to behold both in and outside. Getting a ticket also let's you visit the army museum that spans 2 floors in both wings. In addition, there is also a chapel to visit. It was drizzling when I visited and getting from the army museum to Nap's tomb was a hassle... More
