We love St. Jean-de-luz, one of the best towns in South of France. Pretty church to see and this is where Louis XIV and Marie-Therese tied the royal knot. More

This church is right in the middle of the town, and one of the highlights for sightseeing in St Jean de Luz. This is the place where Louis XIV, the "sun king" married the Spanish infanta Marie-Thérèse... and had the gate blocked off so that nobody else would use it after him... Beautiful church, traditional division between men and women. Located in the main shopping street, rue Gambetta, close to the beach. More

My wife and I have seen a lot of churches and cathedrals in Europe but this one was different. The interior and exterior are but interesting. The interior contains ornate decoration.
