There is a short and boring movie and some artifacts that relate to chocolate but nothing interesting.
The staff at the counter were uninterested.
The lady whose job is to service a small papercup of warm chocolate had dreadful customer service and was downright insulting.
Don't waste your time going to this poor excuse of a museum.

Planete Musee du Chocolat is a good place to spend an hour or 2 in Biarritz if you are interested in learning about the history and manufacture of chocolate.
The staff played the 15 minute video in english for my husband and 2 children who do not speak french. which was very helpful and much appreciated.
