There is one word to describe Place de la Bourse and that is "Impressive". It is worth stopping and taking photos especially after dark when it becomes very impressive indeed.

Place de la Bourse offers beautiful scenery and is well worth the visit! It is very easily accessible from one of the main streets in Bordeaux.
Nice place to sit and watch the world go by. Hordes of locals and tourists cycling, walking, skateboarding and roller skating past, picnicking on the grass and catching up on Vitamin D
The Place de la Bourse is simply beautiful, the architecture is incredibly impressive, and the miroir d'eau located on the quays makes it a delightful place to go to during a warm day or on a lovely evening. Though I would never touch the water, not sure it is very clean haha.
It was really great. I had fun with friends with the water attraction. beautiful place with easy access (tram). Near stores of the av St Catherine.
