The facilities and slope are good, I have spent many hundreds of pounds on skiing lessons. But customer services is shockingly poor. I have made enquires over the phone and told someone will call back, they never do. I have tweeted on their twitter page, sent my phone number, and despite reassurances that they will call, again they never do....
