We had a fabulous day at log heights with our children aged 9 & 7. The 7 year old was a little afraid of the huge heights you climbed to but our 9 year old girl really loved the experience. I initially bought a 3 hour experience for my nephew (8) and neice (5). The unique thing that LH do compared to other outdoor centres is you have your own personal instructor.
