After bumping into and striking up conversation with the owner in Henaghans, my friend and I spent an afternoon riding the horses along the beach. Absolutely lovely - the owners were really friendly and carefully selected horses to suit our abilities. Great day out.

Owners are friendly, horses are well trained and what a great way to see Clew Bay and the best view of Croagh Patrick.

A must see if you are in or around Westport / Castlebar area. Take in the Campbells Pub where the chowder is the best ever!

Took 4 children every day for a week.They were excited about the trip each time and learned something different each day. Most enjoyable trip and the children are hooked on riding due to the wonderful people, well schooled horses and ponies and a wonderful place.

Croagh Patrick Stables are at the foot of the mountain close to the visitor cark park. Would REALLY recommend them . Very professional, friendly staff. Clean and well organised. Great beach rides (tide permitting). Ponies in great condition and seem to be enjoying themselves!!!
