This another golf course worthy of greatness as a beautiful links course. we had a young caddie that added value to our experience. I don't know why everyone calls it Baltray when it is the county Louth Golf club! We were lucky to get great weather so lots of fabulous pictures.

the restaurant is a bit out of the way but the steaks in there are great a very good chef and real good value

if you like golf you will love this course. if you like Links courses you will be in heaven. If you don't like golf then the food is equally good and the prices reasonable. and you can round it off with a relaxing walk on the beach instead of a walk around the course.

Although less known than many courses in Ireland, this course was a real surprise and a most enjoyable experience, with great conditioning and many beautiful holes. The people offered a warm welcome and provided good hospitality with the modest B&B accommodations that were convenient and made for a good stay for me.
