fantastic scenery with mostly good roads. Narrowing in places so it is advisable to complete this circular trip in an anti clockwise direction particularly in high season avoiding bottlenecks. The views make this trip a must

I took myself off to walk from Killarney to Glenbeigh - 3 days. I went dressed expecting the best and preparing for the worst; I wasn't disappointed. the day we did the drive was misty (or low cloud), but between the gaps, the scenery is magnificent. This drive is an absolute must, just keep your fingers crossed for good weather.

Excellant day out breathtaking views would recomment to anyone. Local people were very friendly and helpful

We first travelled the kerry way at dusk,Our intention was to travel the kerry way and enjoy the many stopping points. It is a fantastic drive for the family and worth the time it takes. I would pack a picnic and travel at lesuire.
The Ring of Kerry is certainly something that one should do on their visit, preferably in your own vehicle at your own pace. The views are beautiful, but if you're traveling with children, they will get a bit bored half way through and you'll enjoy the 2nd half a little less...still highly recommend, just bear this in mind!
