Very nice collection of artifacts. I was just surprised how modern the building was. Was expecting something much older since it's within Dublin Castle enclosure.

A fascinating and eclectic collection of books and similar artifacts including some incredibly old papyrus fragments of the gospels, which should impress even the most ardent athiest. Well worth a visit.

This library is a must see. It is the amazing private collection of Chester Beatty and features everything and anything. Exhibits include ancient manuscripts from Asia and Europe, including from the major religions, as well as paintings and artefacts. It is next to the Castle and easy to reach on the hop-on hop-off bus.

You will probably only be able to cover a small fraction of the magnificent collection on display at any given time. Utterly fascinating. (The Book of Kells is in the Trinity College library.)

Amazing collection of books, especially religious texts, with beautiful artwork inside. Best of all it is free and uncrowded.

This is an unusual museum - quite out of the ordinary - and everyone will find a cabinet that appeals to their interests. The building is bright and modern and the cafe is a great place for a tasty lunch, or simply a coffee. There's a nice little gift shop and entry is free -what more could you want?!!

We stopped here to rest during our stay at the museum. We had cappuccino coffee and pastries which were delicious. They had other lunch time offerings that would have been quite appropriate. There were many seating areas throughout the museum to enjoy your lunch. We would recommend this comfortable lunch time restaurant.
