The grad student from Trinity was highly informative and shared a bit of Irish history all the way back to the Vikings, the political effects on Ireland long ago and today. Walk was very easy through Trinity, Temple Bar to Dublin Castle. Only 12Euro per person.

The book of Kells is a beautifully illustrated manuscript, but my favorite part of the visit was the long room. It looks like it's straight out of Harry Potter. It makes you want to whisper without anyone having to "shush" you.

We had a wonderful afternoon strolling round the campus and visiting the Book of Kells. Worth a visit but be warned it can be very busy.

Trinity College has a beautiful campus. There are no words to describe the awe I felt standing inside the library. The book of Kells is something that should be seen by anyone that loves arts, literature, or religion.

Tour was given by the students of the college, Interesting history and information about it founder and past. Book of Kells in the library was a once in a lifetime viewing.

We went at dusk the first night we were there and then gave us a chance to take in all the beauty - so peaceful. We went back during the day to see the Book of Kells and it was crowded with students - yes it's a college... I know, I just preferred the beauty and peacefulness of it at...

Disappointed no cameras could go in the long room. This location is very busy - go early to avoid long wait times!

Beautiful place, but 'do not recommend the guided tour, and it costs too much' in English only and do not visit the interior of Trinity College and there 'too many people then you can not see the main attraction of the Book of Kells.
