This trip on the waterbus is not to be missed. Our party of 100 people from Scotland went on the boat and got a great insight into Donegal Bay and the history. The music and craic on the boat was fabulouse and not to be missed. More

What an experience! If you stay at the Abbey hotel get a discount voucher for the waterbus. Even without the voucher it is certainly worth it. It is an hours trip but it is too short. the entertainment is brilliant, Staff excellent, certainly a must in Donegal. Do Not Miss It. More

Ahoy there ! I'm glad you enjoyed yourself on our little trip around Donegal Bay. I think I have some video of that particular cruise and must get it up online soon. It was an 'interesting' trip that day. There were vouchers available that day from the hotel for your group only. Due to the fact that there was almost... More

A boat trip with a difference. Great comedy and sing-a-long stuff - as well as the important and interesting bits pointed out. If you're going to Donegal Town, or even somewhere nearby, do yourself a favour and take a trip. It was a laugh from start to finish. More

Ahoy there. So glad you enjoyed that trip. Yes it was a 'lively' trip wasn't it. I was kept busy behind the bar on that cruise. It was great fun. Myself & my two children (3 & 7) decided to take the early evening sailing, which to our surprise was a brilliant choice. We got the best of both worlds from the bright spring early evening light as we began the journey, watching the sun set as the evening progressed and ending with the spectacular view of the beautiful Donegal... Ahoy there Annie in Glasgow ! Thank you for your kind review of our cruise. I remember the day of your cruise well and yes the heavens did indeed weep heavily on us that day but the craic on the lower deck cheered everyone up I think. The guides are in German only at the moment but other languages including... More

My husband and our 2 children aged 5 and 2 years ventured onto the Water Bus whilst on holiday in Donegal at Easter time. I was a little dubious as i get very sea sick, but was reassured i wouldn't feel a thing - and they were so right - very smooth and no sickness at all!! It was a... More

Wow - I promised to write a review and here it is - that was great fun and highly informative - my partner is still talking about the seals. Very entrepreneurial and best of luck with your new venture. We will be back - remember me? Chuck! You made the joke about my name : ) More

We went to Donegal for a long weekend over Easter and after walking through the shops, bought a lovely pair of wedges in Magees for 35 euros! a man was driving around promoting the Donegal Bay Waterbus. We decided to book a couple of tickets - and we were not disappointed. It helped put Donegal into context as the boat... More

Hi Mervin Glad to hear you enjoyed your cruise with us. we strive to make the trip as entertaining and as informative as possible and the seals are very co-operative as they lounge out in the sun as we sail by.
