Wind, 35 mph, rain, sleet and a touch of snow. Blue sky most of the round. Every 5 minutes the weather changed. Classic links course, in very good shape for this early. Excellent links couse. Good facilities and clubhouse. Course is playable all year round. The signature par 3 5th hole is aptly named the 'Valley of Tears' for good reason!

We only had a snack for our dinner but the food was great and service excellent. We watched the golfers play, looks a very windy course.

Donegal Golf Club or Murvagh as it is known by one and all is a long course, a tough course, at times a frustrating course and it is all the memorable for it. it is also the most stunning setting, the best maintained and the the most welcoming club you could hope to visit.
