The Captain's is a long thin bar. Its small size is part of the appeal and offers an escape from some of the larger anonymous pubs, which get so crowded at busy times. Top pub in Edinburgh with great staff who are helpful and friendly. Great music played every night by the best musicains in town. Atmosphere is welcoming and if you go in on your own you will leave with new friends. Cheese and onion pies are to die for!! More
