A first time soak in a seaweed bath can best be described as a little novel and a whole lot relaxin'. I chose this as a Christmas present smile-giver and we both thoroughly enjoyed it. The steam is excellent, the seaweed fabulous. Nothing like as salty or coarse as we had expected and only a little gloopy. A superb afternoon.... More

Daughter and I were here Saturday 20th April for a seaweed bath. Was our first experience and hope it won't be last. Staff friendly and informative and seaweed bath fantastic, relaxing experience. Really worth a visit!

I was kindly given a voucher for a seaweed bath for Mother's Day by my brilliant kids with help from their dad I may add. I had wanted to try this for some time and I'm so glad that I did. After receiving a very warm welcome from Dermot on the front desk, I was shown to my treatment room.... More

Although it sounds odd, it really is worth a go! The seaweed is freshly cut, feels deliciously slippery and soft around you. The oils feel like bath oil and you can massage it into your skin. Can't wait to go back. PS guy on the desk was very welcoming and enhanced the experience.

Stayed @ Snooze Apartments mid January. With stormy weather outside you couldn't think of better place to escape to. Treatments (seaweed bath followed by full body scrub & massage) gave me nearly as much relax as weeks holiday somewhere else. Definitely I'll be back.

I bought a seaweed bath for my mum over the Christmas period. We at first didn't know what to expect, however from the moment we entered the door, Steve on front desk was very pleasant and welcoming. He made us feel right at home in an instant. We decided to have a hot chocolate and cake prior to our bath... More

Visited the Soak Seaweed Baths on Saturday 5th January '13 having often talked about going but just not making the time to do it. What a great experience. Everything is clearly explained as to how the 'process' works (ie steam room first then seaweed bath then shower) and how to get the best from the experience. The room with the... More

Went with my mum for the afternoon. Thought it sounded kind of weird. But ended up loving it. Steam, soak and massage. Skin looked amazing, I'm not joking. Love that they use heated sea water and recycle the seaweed to the farmers in the area. Only problem, I wish I hadn't waited until the end of my trip to go.

Brilliant way to end the day after scenic walk in the Mournes- great to relax muscles and ensure a bounce in my step for the next day. The staff are really friendly and accommodating. I always relax the moment I arrive with their welcoming warm fire. There is also a lovely choice of teas served in pretty ceramic pots and... More
