This was our first port of call during our trip to Belfast and it was the best decision we made. We waited about 5 mins to be seen by a very friendly gentleman whom had endless suggestions of places to visit in and around Belfast. The staff were informative and suggested places in the city less touristy where we could... More

Went to book the Crumlin Road Gaol paranormal experience, pleasant helpful staff nice airy centre. However when paying for the tickets by debit card (the tickets were £35 each) there was a £3 surcharge to use a card. Come on Belfast, even the smallest outlets charge a nominal 50p for purchases under £10.

For lots of info for your visit to Belfast and Northern Ireland why not pop into the Belfast Welcome Centre, above Boots the chemist in Donegal Place, just in front of the City Hall. There is plenty of information on places to see, things to do, tours, excursions, theatres, restaurants etc and the staff are more than willing to help... More

Lots of information there, plenty of flyers too, staff are knowledgeable and you can also get good info for the South of Ireland including some really good free guide books for the various regions of the South. Very good location unlike some tourist boards

This place used to have an internet cafe when I was last in it ten years ago, wonder why no longer? anyway, went in a week ago to purchase some gifts for family overseas and only one young male working the counter. Asked him a question about some jewellery pieces and he just was not interested. Made my selection and... More

Very friendly and helpful staff at the Welcome Centre in the city centre of Belfast. They have loads of brochures, so you can plan any kind of trips you want. Big souvenir shop, too, with a huge selection of Irish gifts.

Helpful staff and a rather good shop- their Titanic memorobilia certainly outclasses the exhibition itself.

We were able to lodge our baggage on the morning of arrival and again on the day of our flight back. This afforded the opportunity to browse the selection of goodies they had on sale.
