My planning was off so we only got to see a small portion of this wonderful place. I really wish we had time to go back as you could easily spend the better part of a day there. Even the history of how it all came to be is a great achievement. I list it as a must see and... More

The teashop here has a reputation for being very good and atmospheric but the decor was more dodgy pub than tradtional tea shop and the food was very mediocre. We saw a long line outside a bread shop there, possibly that is a better place to buy lunch as long as the weather is nice enough for a picnic. More

When we went, on a Friday in May, a ton of things were closed, especially in the section near the castle, which was extremely disappointing, although none of it was mentioned on the website. Also their postcards were 50p apiece, which is ridiculous, and they are just normal postcards. Bus service to and from Cardiff is fairly convenient, but you... More

Fantastic place for a day out, even for the grown-ups without kiddies! And its free too. Lots to see. Even though we've been quite a few times, I feel there's always something new to see. Nice restaurant too on site for those who havent brought a picnic. And on days that's too wet to be outside, there is an indoor... More

It was such a pleasure to revisit St Fagan's after first visiting as a child in the 1970's. It is such a beautiful and fascinating slice of Welsh country life and is totally free of commercialism. There is plenty of room for everyone to wander freely and it is suitable for people of any age....the children I saw there were... More
