This has been on my "to do" list for too long so made amends on a dull/damp day. Wow, a veritable tardis when you step inside. And so many varying styles as you move from room to room. But more than this! A delightful relatively unknown museum with 14th, 15th and 18th century parts, furnished appropriately and accessibly. Such helpful staff too. A little gem - well done Bradford for keeping this gem in good heart.

A place that pre-dates the town/city of Bradford. A strong connection to the English War- a hidden bradford treasure!

What an amazing place, bursting with local history! Its got some great links with nationally significant events in history - battle of Adwalton Moor for example, does some excellent work with young people on developing local culture and interest in heritage. Just a fab place - if you get chance to have a look, well worth a visit! Then call... More
