Great venue for sound production - acoustics wonderful. Had the privilege of singing on this stage - wow! Venue staff extremely helpful. Bar staff especially great! Seating OK - quite hard to sit on after a day and a half sitting on them. An amazing music venue - lucky Birmingham! More

Comfortable hall, marvellous acoustics, warm. Clean toilets and plenty of them on each level. Good coffee and drinks, the latter can be preordered before concerts. Ice cream very good but rather expensive. The hall is easily accessed just outside the actual centre of Birmingham but on the edge of the business area. More
