But depends what you go to see...obviously! As a venue, it is fantastic. It has been redone very recently and looks gorgeous. Always worth paying a bit extra for the Stalls or Grand Circle though, in my opinion. More

Visited Theatre Royal for the first time since it's refurbishment to see Henry V. What a great night out! An amazing performance in a stunning setting. Staff lovely too. And to top it all, Prosecco by the glass! More

The theatre royal has just been refurbished. It really is beautiful. A wide selection of shows from comedy to world class musicals. Most recently we saw the susan Boyle musical, where Susan appeared herself ! Great seats, plenty of legroom and of course the pantomime each year is hilarious! More
