We went on a sunny day, my children were 2 and 4. They had a lovely time running around on the grass playing with other children and eating a picnic. Facilities clean and the children enjoyed the day. More

I just had to leave, the standards were so poor. Cleaning standards leave much room for improvement More

House is fasinating and the guides in the individual rooms are generally quite knowledgable. Lots of places to explore and we always take a picnic to eat in the walled garden. Lots of walks of varying lengths, there is something to suit all abilities. More

Spent a relaxing couple of hours meandering through the woods, past the ponds to arrive at what I can only describe as a the loviest walled garden I have ever visited. Well worth the visit. More

Wanted somewhere to visit on a rainy day in April 12 and decided on Wallington Hall. The house was interesting and was crammed with history. A knowledgeable guide was in each room and was on hand to answer any questions and provide background details about the history of the house and interesting facts about the families. We went for lunch... More

We are National Trust members, but before we joined, Wallington Hall was a regular place to visit for us. To be honest, we rarely visit the Hall itself - the gardens, river walk etc are enough. There is a great plant stall with a super selection of herbs and wild flowers. The coffee shop serves the most delicious cheese scones... More
