great and educational museum with plenty to keep a young min entertained and engaged. Parking and entrance fees reasonable and some great family season deals available.

I loved it and so did the four kids in our party. We went on a rainy Saturday in May as part of a trip that took in four of the Iron Bridge museums and it was surprisingly empty. As soon as we were in the door the kids scattered and were turning handles, opening valves and pushing buttons. And... More

Took the kids and they loved it. Tried to teach them something but they were too busy with the multiple interactive experiments. Hopefully unconsciously they learnt something. Went on a Saturday and wasn't too busy. Places to grab a drink and a bite to eat, Overall time there was 1 hour. Obviously don't pay for the site buy the passports... More

We visited Enginuity on a wet and windy Spring Saturday afternoon - and it was brilliant! Really hands-on and educational fun for kids of all ages (including those of us in our mid 40s!). We loved the "scan it" points where you can choose to point and scan the object(s) you want to learn more about. I really hope Enginuity... More

This is a massive warehouse-type attraction filled with hands-on activities and exhibits for children and adults. There is a small gift shop at the end which mainly consists of toys and children's books; toilet facilities and a vending machine with some arm chairs around it constitutes the refreshments. We had a good time looking at the exhibits and it was... More

Having won an Ironbridge museums pass, we took our kids to Enginuity today. There's enough there to keep kids and parents entertained for an hour or two, depending on age and the amount of people visiting. It's not an entire day out but if visited in conjunction with some of the other museums in the area, it's enough to do.... More

Dont just think this "fun factory" is just for children. We (57&62) loved it. What a breath of fresh air, such good ideas to attract and maintain a childs attention.Highly recommended. In fact all the "museums " of the gorge are great, worth buying the passport ticket to all

We regularly visit Enginuity during the school holidays as they always have extra activities for the kids to take part in. The museum is superb and there is plenty of hands on things for the kids to do from x raying day to day objects to building earthquake proof tower blocks its really great fun. They also offer for a... More

Can be rather a noisy area when there are school parties going through but it is very engaging for the young especially. For we grown up girls the costume department was really the highlight.
