The Lyceum has a well planned seating area and hosts some of the top musicals with great staging effects. The best seats are the dress circle or stalls. It is easy to find right in the Centre of Sheffield with parking not too far away.

There are many advantages to being tall and big, but going to the theatre is not one of them. Neither is flying in a plane or trying to sit in many cars. Nevertheless, we went to see Julian Clary and enjoyed it. Except for the cramp.

Went to see the 39 steps. The theatre is a perfect traditional old fashioned theatre, with good views and acoustics, and comfortable seats. The toilets are a problem however, having to negotiate a long flight of stairs, and the bar was crowded, and probably understaffed. Well worth the money, and will pay another visit soon

Caught '39 Steps' at The Lyceum. Absolutely hilarious and another enjoyable trip to the theatre. Early March saw 'Mousetrap'. Amazing theatre and always worth the trip. Even after a tiring day at work. Just the tonic to give you a boost.

A good range of beverages served by friendly attentive staff during interval breaks a pleasant surprise since my last visit.
