Still a good visit, but the college is getting greedy. The admission has risen to £8 and on the day we visited, areas had been roped off for various reasons, which meant the experience was very much curtailed with no price compensation. The perpetual DVD playing is now so out of date it is becoming a farce and staff walk... More

One of my favourite places in Oxford. Costs £8 (a bit pricey) to enter the college grounds but if the dining hall and chapel are open it is definitely worth it. Make sure to be there when the students do not have their exams and not during peak season so you can take pictures of the college. Don't forget to... More

After a walk around Oxford this is the place to come to. It is so peaceful. when you are going up the stairs to the Hall look out for the stained glass window showing Cardinal Wolsey, when he fell out of power they took his face away and it is still blank. In the big hall you can see references... More

I've been to Christ Church a few times. I love it but it's something you should only do once. Many areas are restricted and sometimes the cathedral is closed so make sure it's open before you go in. The catherdral is actually more interesting than the great hall (which inspired the Great Hall in Hogwarts) and it holds alot of... More

Only came to see where they filmed parts of Harry Potter...then again, we think many of the other visitors did too. Overall, the visit was a bit disappointing. More

The famous hall, the large grounds, all steeped in history but still functioning every day as an institution of learning for the able, talented and privileged. Probably one of the most exclusive colleges in Oxford, it is also one of the larger ones and when walking around one feels as in an old fable . More

The College looks lovely from the outside but inside is well worth the visit, especially if you're a Harry Potter fan. The dining room at Christ Church is the basis of the dining room at Hogwarts. The grounds are also worth a look. More

Great architecture - a bit of an eyeopener if, like me, you didn't go to Oxford! The cathedral is so interesting. More
