This store is the soul sister of New York's FAO,Schwartz... a wonderland of toys at outrageously overinflated prices. If you're visiting and really want to treat your kid(s), this is the place. Especially recommended is the candy store/shake booth on the top floor. But this is definitely not the place to buy a toy as a gift. It is all... More

We fought the crowds. We elbowed our way into the lift. We got the 'One DIrection' doll for my niece. I don;t ever want to set foot into this store again.

Stopped by here after wandering down Regent Street. So many levels of toys. Lego life sized Royals are the highlight. Staff blowing bubbles in everyone face on the escalators are annoying (i probably hadn't eaten lunch yet and was grumpy, I'm sure kids love it). Looks like a really fun place for kids, lots of interactive areas where you can... More

This is the heaven for kids. My kids are 10 and 14 and they walked all 5 floor. I think we were there for 1 hour.

Visited the store after some hours of shopping... together with plenty of others. It´s worth visting, but maybe it´s better in the morning (not so crowded). Nice to see that they have a café.

We had heard about this store, kids decided we had to see it for real. Very busy, crowded, hot....but very glad we went. Many toys were being shown off is hands-on displays, enticing the "kids" to buy. Visited on day for a look, then went back a few days later to buy some toys. Maybe the prices are up a... More

Everyone was very helpful (although some looked a little bored) but the store is massive and really well laid out. Lost a scarf in there and they were very quick to find it and return it to us. Really lovely shop

Listed as the biggest Toy Shop, we visited it on our shopping trip down Regent Street and up Oxford Street. I was amazed at the quantity and the good quality of children's toys on show at excellent prices. The staff were superb and participated well in displaying the toys, demonstrating some of the more extreme and interesting exhibits. This shop... More
