This was a great course. Friendly and relaxed; Very hands on and, above all, very instructional. I learned a whole lot of practical and invaluable tips. Thoroughly recommended. Thank you Maria!

Today I had another Class with Maria. This time we made croissants, pain du chocolate. FANTASTIC!!! It is so relaxed at Maria's. Everyone has a great time and we learn so much. The whole classroom smelt of yeast, butter and vanilla - mmmmmm. Will soon be enrolling in another. Can't get enough of Maria's classes.

I've taken part in several similar events in London (chocolate making, Japanese cooking, …) but I found Baking with Maria to be the most fun of all of them. There were nine people in the class I took, a mixture of solo (like me) and couples....

Being quite an adventurous cook who doesn't have a sweet tooth I looked for a course that could get me started on sweets, cakes and deserts and was very happy with what I learned. We made Creme Brulee, Chocolate eclaires, chocolate garnache, Mille Feulle with praline filling and madelaine cakes. It was all divine and was a huge inspiration for...
