My husband and i went to see Rock of Ages as a first wedding anniversary treat. We loved it! Really enjoyed the music, story line isnt amazing but you get caught up in the songs and comedy to really notice i felt. Justin Lee Collins and Shayne Ward are really good in it but i would definately say the narrater... More

Absolutely brilliant. Took the missus as a treat; I'm not really into theatre or musicals but we both loved this. The actors were amazing and the comedy was superb. However; it was the music that stole the show. As a rock fan I was concerned that the show would be really cheesy but the songs were preformed brilliantly and the... More

Disappointed in the show would certainly not be comfortable taking my family to see the show. Adult themes and humour through out. However the cast put on a very energetic show and it certainly got your feet tapping More

We enjoyed from start to finish, not much of a story but the dancing, music & comedy is just fantastic. The theatre is not huge & we were seated in row J & we felt part of the show. Can not give enough praise to the great caste. Could of watched it again. More

We went to the musical with no knowledge of this musical but it was fantastic. If you do not like rock music it is not for you. It does not have a strong story line but the music makes up for this also the comedy within the musical, I did not expect this side of it but great. I felt... More

I took my mother to see this over Mothers Day weekend, and whilst I wouldn't quite describe it as 'out of this world' it certainly was good for a chuckle and some light entertainment. Shane Ward was absolutely excellent and felt he really made the show. The lead boy and girl were a little soppy round the edges, and felt... More

What an amazing show! This was one of the best shows I have seen. I enjoyed every minute of it. It was funny, the singing was excellent and so was the acting. The whole audience was on it's feet at the end of the show. I hope to go and see it again with my husband as I am sure... More

Firstly let me just reiterate what a number of other posters have said, this show is not suitable for "young children". The F word is used several times, and there are scenes set in a strip club with women in underwear giving lap dances. Just something to consider! That aside the show is around 2 hours and 20 minutes of... More

One of the worst west end shows I have been to. No real story line, felt like none of the songs were really used to the full potential, poor script writing and lack of clear direction. JLC can't sing, which is quite sad with the number of talented actors out their looking for work, feels like he was there for... More

Despite the title, the show sadly lacked any form of rock music, unless of course “We Built This City” does it for you! There is no doubt that the resident rock group and cast are obviously capable of so much more., but for some reason ‘the management’ have decided to take the soft option; definitely a missed opportunity. With regards... More
