Sitting in the main hall for two days I often reflected on who else had presented or listened over the years. The painting of Dewar's presentation of liquid hydrogen (with the Dewar flask set in a case at its foot) shows that this institution has been at it for a long time.
I never could figure out the shelving arrangement...
