I am furious with the poor customer service at Debenhams Birmingham.I will never shop there again. On three occasions now, I have had to queue for ages for the changing rooms.They are clearly not interested in selling me anything. The only problem I can find with this excellent department store is that you can stay for days in London without having seen London at all — only the inside of Debenhams. This is not an overpriced place like Selfridges. You'll find everything you need. More

“Staff are rude... they won't assist you until 12pm Sunday, half the fitting rooms wernt open until 2hrs later!”

firstly, the staff was rude... poor poor service!! We asked if they could possibly point us in the direction of something and the lady butted in and said shes not allowed to help us until 12pm, when the store 'officially' opens. We asked where the fitting rooms were and a man louging across the till just points and says back... More
