Brilliant museum with something for everyone. Watch the prices in the cafe, it can get expensive for families. Shop staff lovely with one or two exceptions. I am sure regulars will know which lady I mean.

Beautiful building, really interesting exhibits but a bit of a maze and not, in our opinion, particularly user friendly.
This is a wonderful museum with something for everyone. I was amazed at the historical pieces from the 16th century while my wife was equally amazed by the dress displays. Too much to see in a single visit.

I love the statue corridor. It has a huge collection of Degas's work and a ton of interesting and expressive statues with many examples of British sculpture.
This museum is so incredibly expansive and incredible, it seriously needs multiple visits. Even for just the exhibits alone.. Such as the famous dresses and clothing from films or the David Bowie exhibit. This Museum is a gem. Plus, little known fact is that the museum houses one of the most beautiful cafes in the whole of London!
We spent 3 hrs here. Will come back again on another visit. It is vast and has so much to see. The best was the jewelry through the ages and the clothes through the ages.
One of my favourites. Lots of small very well put together exhibitions with a truly exceptional jewellery department. Lovely café with very pretty William Morris tiles. Great museum to just pop into for a spare hour to view one of the many fascinating departments and great for a bit of culture after some heavy shopping in Knightsbridge. If with family...

Had only a few hours on an afternoon. Really eclectic collection which means should have something for everyone. Ancient artifacts as well as an exhibit on theater in London. Not bad for a range. Does not feel at all stuffy. We took a tour but it was not quite the introductory tour it was said to be. Only visited about...

We had the chance to stop by this museum while on vacation in London. Pretty fun museum....we saw Ron Howard outside across the street...that was really cool. Random.
